Our rabbits live on our family farm in Shepherdstown, WV in an insulated building, with plenty of windows for light and air-conditioning when the weather is warm. Each rabbit has his or her own private cage with free choice (unlimited) hay, pasture plants in season, mineral salt, fresh filtered water, safe chewing items, and a daily ration of herbal pellets and black oil sunflower seeds.
All our rabbits get time to roam and play daily either individually, or with other rabbits for those who get along with each other. We handle our rabbits regularly and encourage them to bond with humans. It is such a joy to earn their trust and see them pop up and excitedly prepare to interact with us when we come to see them!
